In no case can P2M be held liable for the content of these websites. As we regard the legality of the content of websites to which we have made links as particularly important, we would recommend that you let us know of any content which appears to you to be illegal on websites to which links have been made.
Content
The content published by P2M on its website has been developed very carefully. Owing to this, no illegal or libellous content is published thereon. Furthermore, they in no way constitute anything which could be considered to be “misleading advertising” in the sense of Articles 121-1 and following of the Consumer Code.
Advertising on websites
Adverts may be presented on our websites. These come from external sources (third-party affiliation management platforms, Google® advertisements etc.) or managed by our own advertising department. P2M cannot be held liable for the “misleading or aggressive” nature of advertising originating from external sources.
Regarding advertisements managed by P2M, the latter reserves the right not to publish an advertisement which is obviously misleading in nature in the sense of Articles 121-1 and following of the Consumer Code.
Data protection
In accordance with CNIL recommendation 2005-284, this website has not been subject to a declaration as such. Nevertheless, all present or future data processing concerning the said website has been or will be declared to the CNIL.
The above-mentioned data processing complies with NS48 of 07/06/2005 published by the French National Data Protection Commission (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés – CNIL).
In accordance with Articles 38 and 40 of law 2004-801 of 06/08/2004, you have a right to access, correct or delete your data.

Means of exercising the right of access (a right not able to be exercised in situ)
Before sending you personal data, we will ask you to provide proof of your identity. If you are not able to prove your identity, we reserve the right to refuse to send you any personal data relating to you.
In accordance with decree 2007-451 of 25/03/2007, your request will be answered within a period of 2 months maximum, provided it is not improper in nature. A fixed sum not exceeding that corresponding to the reproduction of the documents will be invoiced following your request.
Regarding the rights of correction and deletion: the prior conditions are identical to those regarding right of access.
Right of response on the website
In accordance with Article 6 IV of law No. 2004-575, any physical or moral entity named or specified on our website has a right of response, without prejudice to any requests for correction or deletion of the message which may be sent to the P2M headquarters.
The request to exercise a right of response, sent to the Publishing Manager, must be presented no later than a period of three months from the availability to the public of the message justifying this request.
